No, you can't have multiple registrations. i.e. you can either register your vehicle on normal booking or on rental booking mode.

● Click FORGOT PASSWORD option on login screen.
● Enter your registered mobile number with MTI and click Send.
You will receive a SMS on your registered mobile number with your One Time Password (OTP) to help you reset your password.
● Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP code received.

● After the Confirmation of your booking, you will instantly get details of the driver on your mobile phone.
● In a few seconds you will see the en-route option on the map. Through it, you can track your driver.

Yes, you can cancel your ride before starting, but it may be chargable.
● For canceling your ride, you have to click on 'Cancel' option just below driver's detail.
● Driver will get a cancellation call or message.

Mode of payment is by "Cash" only. No security breaches. Paying with cash protects your money and personal information from security breaches. It is because, when paying by cash, there is no personal information or details involved in the process.

You have to make your payment in 'Cash' to the driver after the completion of your ride.
